The Naldeo group's international business is expanding rapidly. It is structured along four service lines:

Assignments for French customers and for French international cooperation: design assignments for business-specific facilities (water, waste, renewable energies) for contractors and utilities operating internationally, assistance assignments for low-carbon strategies for French companies with establishments or subsidiaries abroad.
- Low-carbon transformation of Hager Group plants, including its plants in China.
- Design of an agrisolar installation in Armenia.
Engineering and consultancy contracts as part of international calls for tender, often in partnership with design offices or consultancy firms based in foreign countries.
- Reducing water losses and optimizing the distribution system in Jamaica.
- Setting up PPPs for water management in Mozambique.
Expertise and strategic consultancy services for international institutions, particularly the World Bank, Agence Française de Développement, and the French Treasury.
- Expertise for the World Bank as part of the 2050 program to deploy seawater desalination plants.
Distribution and implementation of Enerbird energy management systems (EMS).
- Installation of an Enerbird EMS in a dozen island territories in different regions.
